By registering for online Quran classes at equranedu.com , whether for yourself or for your child, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service and Conditions.
We offer free trial classes for evaluation purposes only.
After completing the trial sessions, you must confirm whether you wish to continue.
Continued classes will begin only after successful enrollment and payment confirmation.
2. Fees & Payment Policy
Monthly fees are paid in advance during the last week of each month for the upcoming month.
Classes may be paused automatically if payment is not received by the due date.
If payment remains overdue for more than 7 days, the academy reserves the right to suspend or discontinue classes without prior notice.
3. Class Pause & Slot Reservation
If you wish to temporarily pause classes and later resume with the same instructor and time slot, a full monthly fee will be charged to reserve the instructor’s availability.
Without reservation payment, the academy cannot guarantee the same instructor or schedule upon return.
4. Attendance & Leaves
Any leave taken by the student is considered a paid leave.
No make-up classes are guaranteed for student absences.
Leaves exceeding 5 consecutive days are not eligible for make-up classes due to instructor scheduling limitations.
If a student misses a class without prior notice (except emergencies), the class will be marked as completed.
5. Make-Up Classes
Make-up classes are not automatic and depend on instructor availability.
Absence caused by issues on the student’s side (internet, device, timing) does not guarantee a make-up class.
If a class must be canceled, notice must be given at least 6 hours in advance via the assigned platform or by emailing support.
6. Long Absence & Cancellation
If a student remains absent for more than two weeks without prior notice, the academy may cancel the enrollment.
In such cases, no refund will be issued.
7. Instructor Assignment
The academy reserves the right to change instructors at any time for academic or quality reasons.
If an instructor resigns or is replaced, a new qualified instructor will be assigned.
Students and parents are not permitted to maintain personal contact with former instructors.
8. Privacy & Safety
Do not share personal contact details, payment information, or private data with instructors.
equranedu.com is not responsible for any loss or misuse resulting from unauthorized sharing of information.
9. Communication & Payments
All payments, schedule matters, and account communication must be handled only through official academy channels.
Discussing payments or personal details directly with instructors is strictly prohibited.
10. Fee Revisions
Course fees may be revised annually, typically with an increase of approximately 6–7%, subject to academy policy.
Program fees may also vary depending on selected courses, instructor level, or special offerings.
